It laid dormant for years, strange fungi manefesting in its it's old lava vents. Now, though, hot steam periodically spouts from these vents. And because of the fungi, it has a magical property.  The fungi themselves are magical and extremely poisonous. But the steam, as it passes through their tangles, picks up some of that magic. It is said that anyone who breathes it will have a fierce hallucination, with two people hallucinating in the same vacinity sometimes sharing the dream. It has been well known of late, the properties of Mount Sogno.
